One on One
One on One gives our clients the opportunity to create their own salumi. We meet with clients One on One, on our 1950's kitchen table. No fussy board room table, no intimate atmosphere, just an easy going meeting talking about food. We can make anything you like, from your grandmother's secret recipe,
to reproducing an existing cured meat for a retail location. We will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction.
We also offer this service to our chefs. Sometimes chef's have their own ideas for curing meats, we take their idea and turn it into reality. Unable to produce from their kitchens due to provincial regulation, we are often contacted by chef's to make salumi specifically for them.
